This hands-on leadership role of Financial Controller will lead the finance function and build the finance capability in a dynamic start-up environment. The immediate challenge will be getting to know the business while continuing to evolve the finance function in a company that is undergoing truly rapid, transformational, global growth. Overseeing month-end reporting, bank reconciliations and tax obligations, you will be consolidating entities across multiple systems, building out a budget process and delivering Board and investor reporting. In this next phase of growth, you will be a key stakeholder in an ERP review and implementation, as well as building a finance team and adding value through providing consolidated reporting and analysis.
CA/CPA qualified, you will work closely with the executive team, the Board and investors to drive commercial outcomes, embed best-practice processes and ensure strong financial governance across multiple entities. A hands-on, commercially astute finance leader, you will have strong excel skills, a problem-solving mindset, experience designing and implementing financial processes and bringing structure and scalability to a dynamic operation. The role offers a clear pathway to becoming a CFO and experience within a manufacturing, high inventory and COGS would be preferred.
