About the roleWorking side-by-side the Warehouse Dispatch team, this role is a critical part of our business as accuracy, attention to detail and high levels of care are paramount to ensuring ongoing smooth operations of our company. You will pick and pack products to fill customer orders and respond to customer service tickets with professional aptitude. An appetite for quality customer service and an eye for accuracy will ensure that our business meets our sales targets and compliance requirements.
Department SummaryThis team ensures the Distribution business runs smoothly and pharmacy customers are able to meet orders. Managed by the Warehouse Manager and supported by Quality Assurance, Supply Chain Management, Customer Support teams (including Canview support) and Warehouse Management, including Inventory and Warehouse Dispatch.
Key Responsibilities-
Uphold company values and customer service standards at all times.

Processing incoming online orders through our warehousing software.

Picking and packing alongside other team members.

Assisting with reporting and audit requirements as required.

Adhering to all Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.

Assisting the HQ team and related departments with admin and communication as required.

Meet set KPIs.

Gain and understand product and compliance knowledge.

Upkeep of processing and dispatch accuracies.

Reporting to management.

Adhere to all OHS requirements and report to management as required.

Assist with receiving inbound stock when requested.

And other duties as may be required, from time to time.

Australian working rights for at least 3 years.
