Role description
Dhelkaya Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Grade 2 Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Ambulatory Care team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred physiotherapy services across a range of settings, including clients' homes, hospital wards, and community centres.
As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide tailored assessments and interventions, support client education, and manage equipment prescription. This position primarily operates within our two Ambulatory Care sites, offering services such as:
* Musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation
* Pain management and cancer rehabilitation
* Falls and balance programs
* Hand and forearm clinic
In addition, the team supports Allied Health services in Residential Aged Care Facilities and Custodial Health settings, offering diverse clinical exposure.
You will work closely with other healthcare professionals and community service providers to deliver holistic care that supports the health and wellbeing of clients, their families, and carers. As a Grade 2 clinician, you'll also contribute to the development of junior team members by providing supervision and mentoring to Grade 1 physiotherapists, Allied Health Assistants (AHAs), and students.

About you
* Recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy.
* Current registration as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Current Victorian Driver's licence
