THE ROLE: We currently have a New Business/Sales position available, 50/50 HQ and remote work (HQ is based in Cranbourne West, VIC) The position requires focus, energy, automotive aftermarket industry connections, business acumen, strong workshop equipment sales experience and a understanding of Diagnostic Scan Tools, Hoists, Balancers, Changers Aligners and ADAS.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES / TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 5+ years in workshop equipment sales or Automotive Aftermarket sector or 1+ years as a Motor Mechanic.
- Proven strong communication, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.
- Deliver face to face service
- Bring and develop strong and influential industry relationships
- Accelerate customer engagement and drive growth
- Track record of being driven by KPIs/targets
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Achieve sales with small workshop owners and large corporate executives
- Strong technical capabilities in workshop equipment
- Support the BDM with strategic business development initiatives
