Company DescriptionThe Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators (RACMA) is a medical specialty college of over 800 members in public and private health services across Australia and New Zealand. RACMA focuses on medical administration, utilising registered medical practitioners' clinical knowledge and judgment to influence health and safety. Members of RACMA include professionals involved in hospital management, health service administration, and health policy development.
Role Description
This is an initial four-month contract role for a Senior Product Manager. The role is hybrid and located in Hawthorn East, VIC, with the possibility of some work from home. The Senior Product Manager will oversee the implementation and management of Dynamics 365 solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, ensure system integration, and optimise system performance. Daily tasks include managing product roadmaps, documentation, user training, and providing technical support.
You will provide expertise in managing projects to deliver key initiatives for the Education and Membership Business Units at RACMA. As a key member of the CRM team, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to gather requirements, design solutions, develop business processes, conduct user training, and support implementation activities.
Responsibilities of the role will include the following:
Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including education, training, and development, to gather requirements and translate them into compelling Dynamics 365 solutions.Customise Dynamics 365 applications to meet specific business needs and integrate them seamlessly with other systems and platforms.Train end-users and deliver ongoing support to ensure optimal utilisation of Dynamics 365 applications.Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customisations, and processes.Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs.User Stories: Creating/updating existing stories to make them ready for build as per the Dynamics/Power Platform project requirements.Ensure all documentation is accessible and understandable for the broader team.Collaborate with the Design Team & Developers for functionality & delivery.Configuration: Hands-on integration knowledge to configure the Power Platform using out-of-the-box tools to align with business processes.Testing and Validation: Conduct smoke testing to ensure solutions meet requirements and perform as expected.DevOps Management: Manage project boards, dashboards, sprint deliverables, and CI/CD skills.
To be suitable for this role, you will require the following skills and experience:
Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into practical CRM requirements.Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and development tools, especially for D365.Understanding of building Power Portal applications while utilising the native capabilities or customising the Power Portal (pages)Experience with Power Automate Flow creation and management.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively.Proven experience configuring or customising Microsoft Power Platform (Model Driven App) solutions.Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform (preferred)
Qualifications
At least five years of experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutionsSkills in system integration and optimisationExperience in managing product roadmaps and documentationAbility to provide user training and technical supportExcellent project management and stakeholder collaboration skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldExperience in the Medical College Industry is a plus.
