Associate Buyers Agent/ Assistant

We are Pinnacle Buyers Agents and we help our clients to achieve their goals and succeed through property investment. Run by successful investor and Buyers Agent Michael Lezaja, we are a customer-driven buyers agency focusing on investment growth/scaling investment property portfolios, whilst ensuring the best outcome for our clients.
Our business is rapidly growing, and we need assistance finding properties to present to our clients. We are down-to-earth and seeking an empathetic go-getter who LOVES property to join our close-knit family. The ideal candidate will be a long-term asset to the business. We want to help you achieve goals and flourish also.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Existing real estate sales experience A MUST

Excellent phone manner and experience selling over the phone

The ability to travel to inspections, auctions or to visit clients (if required)

Extensive networks of agents within Brisbane or Australia wide to help source properties (Advantageous)

Property acquisitions experience (Advantageous)

Understanding of residential property investment (Advantageous)

Current Real Estate Licence/Certificate registered with OFT
The Role
-
Meeting and qualifying client needs to prepare client briefs
-
Researching and shortlisting suitable properties
-
Attend pre-settlement inspections if required
-
Attend and verify building and pest inspections if required
-
Responding to new inquiries
-
Presenting shortlisted properties for review
-
Forming strong relationships with agents to uncover off-market opportunities

Appraising and evaluating target properties
-
Making offers and negotiating with agents
-
Facilitating the exchange of contracts and other pre-settlement duties
-
Administrative tasks throughout, initial sign up to settlement stage

Maintain client records using our CRM system

Conducting DD & CMA's
-
May require weekend work where necessary
