Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a driven Energy Broker to join their Brisbane team, where you'll manage the full sales cycle:
- Prospect and manage your own pipeline of Commercial and Industrial energy clients.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in mid-to-large businesses.
- Analyse and negotiate the best energy deal to suit each customer's needs.
- Share insights and contribute to team success in a collaborative environment.
- Make 40-50 new business calls per day to generate and qualify leads.
Requirements:
- Resilient, coachable, and always looking to improve.
- Passionate about building a career in sales and open to learning.
- Results-driven with a competitive mindset and hunger to exceed targets.
- 12+ months of outbound B2B or similar sales experience preferred.
- Strong communicator, confident in dealing with C-level decision-makers.
Conditions:
- $80K-$100K Base Salary + Super + Uncapped Commission (OTE $140K-$170K).
- Top earners exceed $250K-$300K per year.
