The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for driving talent related activities at Scape, from identifying internal and external talent, to ensuring that our recruitment activities are innovative and inspiring. The role also contributes to a broad range of people related activities and projects to ensure that everyone wants to join and grow with Scape.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven talent expert to join our small, tight-knit team. You will be passionate, capable of building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, innovative, and have strong attention to detail.

You will also have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Management, or a relevant field
  • Previous experience recruiting diverse roles in a fast paced environment
  • Experience in and passion for coaching, mentoring and influencing others to achieve strong outcomes
  • Tech savvy
  • An innovative and creative approach
  • Both strategic and hands on
  • Excellent communication, project management and problem-solving skills
