Junior HR Business PartnerWe're partnering with a well-known brand to find a Junior HR Business Partner who’s passionate about people, confident navigating ER matters, and ready to build trusted relationships across the business.
This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a hands-on, fast-paced role with exposure to a wide range of people-related matters. You'll be joining a collaborative and experienced People & Culture team, with strong support around you and the chance to really grow your HR career.
What you’ll be doing:
- Be a trusted advisor to leaders, guiding them through employee relations matters with confidence and care;
- Support end-to-end case management across performance, conduct, and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes;
- Build capability through coaching leaders and sharing practical advice that empowers confident decision-making;
- Support the Senior HR Business Partner in delivering a structured, biannual succession planning process for critical roles and key talent;
- Act as a liaison to the broader People & Culture team, helping coordinate timing and resourcing for key people projects; and
- Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of the Diversity & Inclusion strategy, partnering closely with the Organisational Development Specialist broader People & Culture team.
- You bring solid HR experience, with a strong focus on high-volume ER case management across performance, conduct, and grievance matters;
- You're confident navigating complex employee relations issues and can apply policies and employment legislation with sound judgment;
- You’re known for your calm, pragmatic approach and ability to build trusted relationships at all levels; and
- You're highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
