About the role

This position plays a key role as the departmental contact point for Ministers’ offices and coordinates the flow of information and correspondence between Ministers’ offices and the department. This position provides high-level advice and quality assurance in relation to the preparation and submission of ministerial documents in accordance with government and parliamentary requirements, processes and protocols.

Hours per fortnight

73.50 hours per fortnight (minimum 58.80 hours, by negotiation).
