About the Role
As a Retail Associate at Victoria’s Secret, you’ll be the face of our iconic brand — welcoming customers, creating memorable experiences, and helping them feel confident and empowered.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Acting as a brand ambassador, greeting every customer with a warm smile and helpful attitude
- Driving sales by offering styling tips, upselling, and sharing your product knowledge
- Maintaining visual excellence — ensuring our store and merchandise always look their best
- Supporting stock replenishment and back-of-house operations to keep things running smoothly
- Collaborating with a fun, passionate team in a fast-paced environment
