The roleAre you an experienced recruiter with a well-established network in the Australian market? Join our white-collar Engineering and Construction team at Randstad, one of the fastest-growing areas of our business with strong investment and long-term growth plans in place.
In this role, you'll recruit across a broad mix of Tier 1, Tier 2, and mid-sized businesses. You'll have the freedom to drive new business opportunities while leveraging our existing client relationships. Your focus will be on placing skilled professionals such as Project Managers, Contract Administrators, Site Engineers and more into key roles across a wide range of projects.

ResponsibilitiesNurture and strengthen client relationships to understand and fulfill their recruitment requirements effectively.Proactively identify and acquire new clients through strategic business development initiatives.Source, assess, and place exceptional candidates in roles that align with their skills and aspirations.Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.Facilitate seamless interview and placement processes between candidates and employers, ensuring successful matches.
