Description:
We’re looking for an exceptional Car Detailer to join our team and bring their expertise in high-end detailing to the next level. Part time and full time available.
Role:
As an Experienced Car Detailer, you’ll be responsible for delivering top-notch detailing services, including multi-stage paint correction, stone chip repairs, scratch repairs, ceramic coating application, and comprehensive interior and exterior detailing. Your skills will ensure that every vehicle leaves our shop in pristine condition.
We’re also on the lookout for someone who would be willing to take on managerial tasks. Ideally someone with management experience (desired, but not essential).
Key Responsibilities:

Multi-Stage Paint Correction: Expertly remove imperfections and restore the paint to a showroom shine.

Stone Chip Repairs: Skilfully address and repair stone chips to maintain vehicle integrity.

Scratch Repairs: Repair and polish out scratches to ensure a flawless finish.

Ceramic Coating Application: Apply high-quality ceramic coatings to provide long-lasting protection and enhance the appearance of the vehicle.

Interior Detailing: Thoroughly clean and refresh all interior surfaces, from upholstery to dashboards.

Exterior Detailing: Perform meticulous cleaning, polishing, and protection of all exterior surfaces.

Paint Decontamination: Effectively remove contaminants to prepare vehicles for further treatments or protection.
Desired (but not essential):

Wheel Repairs: Experience in repairing and refurbishing wheels is a plus.

Managerial Tasks: Managing day to day operations including but not limited to open/close procedures, ordering of stock, quoting, invoicing, phone call/email enquiries, and other general managerial tasks.
What you will need:

Proven experience in multi-stage paint correction, stone chip, and scratch repairs.

Extensive knowledge of interior and exterior detailing techniques.

Proficiency in paint decontamination processes.

Proven experience in ceramic coating application.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for automotive perfection.

Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards of quality.

Be fit, outgoing, self-motivated and punctual.

Able to multitask effectively and able to manage your time effectively.

Customer service and quality control experience.

Able to work under pressure and to time limits.
-
Must hold Australian driver’s licence.
