As General Manager, you'll drive occupancy, manage financial performance, and ensure an exceptional resident experience for all residents. You’ll also serve as the key liaison between our clients and internal teams, delivering on both Y Suites and owner expectations to strengthen the brand.
At a glance, you will:
- Deliver exceptional service while upholding the UniLodge and Y Suites brand standards
- Drive financial performance by managing revenue, occupancy, and expenses
- Lead a high-performing team through recruitment, training, and coaching
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with regular updates and reports
- Ensure the building is well-maintained, safe, and secure for all occupants
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Certificate of Registration lodged with NSW Fair Trading
- Demonstrated team leadership experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
