The OpportunityWell-established aged care organisation is looking for an experienced AR officer to support the team with the reconciliation works.
The Role:
This opening comes about due to continuous expansion and is a great foot in the door. Reporting to the Finance manager your responsibilities will include:
- Perform high-volume bank reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and the general ledger
- Assist with clearing aging reports
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reconciliation reporting
- Supporting internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain documentation of reconciliation procedures
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
- Continuous process improvements
- Minimum 3 years experience in a relevant role
- Ideally someone from AR background with experience in reconciliation.
- Excellent written and communications skills
