Reconciliation Officer (Ar)

The Opportunity
Well-established aged care organisation is looking for an experienced AR officer to support the team with the reconciliation works.
The Role:
This opening comes about due to continuous expansion and is a great foot in the door. Reporting to the Finance manager your responsibilities will include:

• Perform high-volume bank reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and the general ledger
• Assist with clearing aging reports
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reconciliation reporting
• Supporting internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain documentation of reconciliation procedures
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
• Continuous process improvements

About you:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a relevant role
• Ideally someone from AR background with experience in reconciliation.
• Excellent written and communications skills
