We are looking for an experienced Administrator, who can multi task and think on their feet, be confident in liaising with our customers and capable of providing support to our Botany branch manager.
The position is part time @ 0.6 of a full time position.The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, confident and very reliable team player. Prior experience of heavy machinery or tyres would be an advantage but is not essential. A ‘can do’ attitude is a must!!!
Your duties will include but not be limited to:

Customer invoicing

Scheduling of daily jobs to tyre fitters

Preparation and reconciliation of timely and accurate customer reports

Creation and management of all Branch Purchase Orders

Receipting and reconciliation of inward and outward stock movements

Document filing
-
Account Management – Debtor control and weekly follow up of any outstanding accounts

Dealing with customer enquiries in person, by email and over the phone

General office duties
