Looking for a Hands on Site Cleaning Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated, energetic and experienced Site Manager to join our team with opportunities for skill development and career advancement.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Cleaning Manager with a strong background in retail environments to oversee cleaning operations at a key retail site. You will be responsible for managing site-based staff, ensuring service delivery meets contractual and client expectations, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands on Site Cleaning Manager.

  • Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff to deliver consistent, high-quality results.

  • Coordinate rosters, site inductions, and daily task allocations and reporting.

  • Conduct quality audits, inspections, and ensure compliance with WHS standards.

  • Serve as the key site contact for client relationship management.

  • Provide hands-on support when required and respond to service requests efficiently.

  • Maintain consumables inventory and ensure equipment is in good working order.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor in a retail cleaning environment (shopping centres, retail chains, etc.).

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced setting.

  • A genuine focus on staff development, safety, and customer satisfaction.

  • Proficiency in reporting, scheduling, and incident management systems.
