Are you a production and logistics pro with a love for detail and efficiency? In this full-time role, you’ll be the go-to person managing global production, timelines, shipping, QC, regulations and supplier relationships—while working with some of the best in the beauty biz. 2. Production & Supplier Management

Oversee production timelines, supplier communications, and ongoing manufacturing needs. Support all production initiatives with the CEO and broader team. Manage global sourcing, PO approvals, and cost tracking in collaboration with Finance.

    3. Artwork & Packaging Compliance

Maintain updated artwork files, brief design teams, and coordinate with overseas suppliers on packaging specs to ensure all artwork is compliant, approved, and archived accurately.

    4. Stock Control

Supervise repacking, barcoding, and product coding. Liaise with global warehouses for stocktakes and deliveries, ensuring documentation and QC alignment.

    5. Logistics Coordination

Manage all shipments and customs processes. Liaise with freight forwarders, approve quotes, and ensure regulatory compliance. Communicate delivery ETAs to internal teams.

  • Strong technical knowledge of production, QC, regulations, and compliance operations.

  • Good understanding of overall global regulations that affect the skincare industry and knowledge of how to interpret required changes.
