Your Responsibilities
Oversee all on-site operations to ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and to specification.
Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers efficiently and professionally.
Implement and uphold WHS, QA, and environmental compliance.
Liaise with the Project Manager, providing regular updates and ensuring construction targets are met.
Lead with a solutions-based mindset and maintain a well-organised and safe site.
About You
Proven experience as a Site Manager on multi-storey residential or mixed-use projects ($10M+).
Trade background (carpentry preferred) with strong technical knowledge.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on high-quality outcomes.
Sound knowledge of the BCA/NCC, NSW construction legislation, and safety protocols.
White Card and current driver’s licence required.
