The Role
In the role of Regional Retail Sales Manager , you will be responsible for ensuring that the Carolina Lifestyle sales objectives are met across NSW boutiques through accountability for the boutique operations, recruitment, coaching, training, and general optimisation of the Carolina Lifestyle retail team across a growing retail network of Carolina Lifestyle boutiques.

The successful candidate will be responsible for duties including the following:

Motivating your team across 10 boutiques to achieve shared goals, including sales performance, CRM objectives, and inventory processes

Supporting and building the capability of Store Managers with the day-to-day operations of their business

Ensuring that wages are maintained in line with business size and performance

Evaluating store and individual performance, including developing incentives and maximising key promotional times such as Christmas and Black Friday

Creating a culture of collaboration across the retail network to ensure a consistent approach and service experience

Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and on-time opening of new boutiques

Supporting recruitment needs in all retail roles

Ad-hoc reporting and collaboration on in-store activations

Collaborate with other Regional managers in the business to drive business outcomes

You are
-
A highly motivational and compelling sales leader
-
Strong and resilient, and able to make decisions in line with our brand
-
Experienced in managing a high performing retail team
-
Hands-on approach, you enjoy visiting and coaching your retail teams
-
At least two years of experience in a similar position
-
Independent and a quick learner with the ability to manage multiple tasks/priorities
-
Open to driving to visit stores in NSW and travelling interstate as needed
