Role Detail
As part of the wider Technology team, joining the Technology Projects team, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the successful delivery of projects across the portfolio, providing analytical and administrative support to the other members of the team. This includes gathering and analysing data, preparing reports, and monitoring project performance against established objectives.
Reporting to the Technology Program Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Technology Projects, the Technology Projects team, and broader technology managers and SMEs to ensure projects adhere to the PM framework, assisting with resource management, risk management, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Key responsibilities include:Assisting in project planning and coordinationCollaborating with Project Managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure alignment with organisational goals.Collecting and analysing project data to assess performance.Preparing comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making processes.Tracking project progress, identifying potential risks or issues, and recommending corrective actions to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Collaborating with technology stakeholders to assess resource availability and align project and portfolio requirements.About You

We are seeking a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills, adept at identifying opportunities to enhance project efficiency and performance. Your keen attention to detail and effective communication abilities enables you to support multiple projects concurrently, ensuring successful outcomes and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
Level of experience could range from a few years post grad, or longer tenure in PMO space looking to gain exposure within an innovative, highly skilled Technology team at a top tier law. You will also bring:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, ie Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience with data visualisation toolsProject management and time management skillsProject Management or Business Analyst qualifications will be looked on favourablyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to engage and build professional relationships with people at all levels of the organisationAbility to manage priorities and time in accordance with schedulesCapacity to multi-task and a flexible, proactive attitudeAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamNext Steps
