We’re looking for a passionate customer advocate with a talent for solving pain points and delivering results through smart, strategic campaigns. You’ll have experience in multi-channel direct marketing automation and a proven ability to build timely, relevant customer journeys that drive impact.
Being data driven and a collaborator is key—you’ll work closely with Brand, Product, and other teams to bring new initiatives to life. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, data-rich environment, have a sharp eye for detail, and ensure every campaign meets compliance standards.

Where and how you can work
We have offices expanding across multiple locations in Australia and New Zealand. However, this is a full time role that would ideally be based in our Brisbane office.
Your day-to-day...
- Utilise data to find and target key customer segments.
- Identify key campaign opportunities in customer behaviours and market trends.
- Drive efficiency in execution through finding scalable solutions for segmentation and message delivery.
- Plan, build and execute sophisticated customer journeys via Salesforce Marketing Cloud, delivered across SMS, push, email and in-app notifications.
- Analyse existing campaigns, continually finding new opportunities to test, learn and optimise.
- Identify engaging, short form copy that resonates with sport and racing fans.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and industry best practices.
You're a match if you have….
- Tertiary qualifications in Digital, Marketing, or a related field
- 1+ years’ experience with marketing automation tools (ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Proven success planning and executing direct marketing campaigns with strong attention to detail
- Basic skills in SQL, HTML and CSS, with a keen interest in data and performance analysis
- Great problem-solving ability, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- An understanding of sport, racing and the wagering industry (preferred but not essential).
