Contact Centre Experience requiredCandidates must be Australian CitizensGreat Career ProspectsOur client is looking for a Senior Contact Centre specialist to join its operations team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for technical support for Cloud Contact Centre technologies.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years contact centre experience. Avaya, Verint or NICE CXOne certifications highly preferred.In-depth familiarity with ITIL processes (especially Change Management, Incident Management and Problem Management) and extensive hands-on experience in ITIL environments,Hands-on troubleshooting experience on any Contact Centre solutions/applicationsExperience in UC & CC design, implementation, and operation.Knowledge of major contact centre technologies including: NICE CXOne SBCs and SIP routing AWS and cloud technologiesDemonstrated ability to clearly understand detailed design documents for discussionProficiency in working independently, demonstrating strong organizational skills, and excelling in high-pressure environments.
