The Role
We're actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Mathematics teacher to join our dynamic team. At Cecil Andrews College, we are deeply committed to fostering professional growth and development. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to teach Years 7 to12 Mathematics, from foundational concepts to advanced topics. This presents a unique chance to impact the academic progress and futures of a diverse student cohort. Your dedication and expertise will be pivotal in helping students excel in the challenging fields of both Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) Mathematics Applications and ATAR Mathematics Methods. While prior ATAR teaching experience is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive training and support as needed, ensuring that you have the resources and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work across Years 7 to 12, according to college needs, and bring their expertise to the Mathematics Learning Area, ideally applying their knowledge of the Mathematics Courses and experience in teaching Senior School Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) Mathematics to help our students achieve outstanding results.
The successful applicant will work and teach in a team environment and should be committed to whole college approaches and initiatives and have a strong evidence-based approach to teaching.
