Promotional Staff
Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing Promotional Staff to represent our business by handing out flyers and engaging with potential customers in high foot traffic areas. This role offers flexible hours and is perfect for university students looking for some extra income while balancing their studies. Your main task will be to effectively communicate our brand’s message, services, and products to attract interest and generate genuine leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Distribute flyers and promotional materials in designated high foot traffic areas.
- Set up and manage stalls at various events, shopping centers, or public locations.
- Engage with passersby to provide them with information about our products/services.
- Identify potential customers and answer any questions they may have about our business.
- Collect genuine leads by capturing contact details of interested customers.
- Maintain a positive and professional image of the brand at all times.
- Report back to the supervisor on daily activities, including the number of leads generated.
Requirements:
- Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to engage with a diverse range of people and adapt to different environments.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Comfortable standing or sitting for extended periods while interacting with the public.
- Previous experience in promotions, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
