TIF – The Iceberg Foundation – is a neurodivergent, queer, disabled and BIPOC-led mental health charity committed to anti-oppressive, anti-colonial and healing-centred practice. We exist to support LGBTIQAPSB+ and neurodivergent communities to reconnect with their favourite selves — through care that honours identity, culture, and lived experience.We’re seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join our team 2–4 days a week. The role is hybrid: sessions are delivered in our Footscray space and/or via telehealth.
You:Are a registered mental health clinician who is eligible for Medicare rebates.Bring a healing-centred, identity-affirming approach to trauma informed work.Are committed to anti-oppressive and anti-colonial ways of working.Are EMDR-trained or EMDR-curious (Parts work experience also a big plus).Are comfortable working with neurodivergent, LBTIQAP+, gender-diverse, and made marginalised participants.Thrive in a collaborative, community-led environment.
