Are you a Senior Development Assessment Planner with on the lookout for new opportunity? Public Sector People are partnering with a Sydney local government organisation to recruit for highly skilled Senior Planner for a 12 month contract.Contract: 12 month contract | Immediate Start
Competitive hourly rate: $80 - $100 p/h + Super depending on experience
Hybrid working model: 3 days in office, 2 days WFH - Open to negotiation depending on suitability
Responsibilities
Process, assess and report on a wide range of development and other associated applications including reviews and modificationsPresent and report to regional and local planning panels in relation to development applications that are delegated to these bodies for determinationRespond to verbal and written enquiries for advice concerning development application matters and planning generally, including enquiries from both internal and external stakeholders and the community
Essential
For this Senior position council would expect the successful candidate to have a minimum of 5 years NSW local government experience.
