The Ideal Candidate:
  • Registered Nurse, Enrolled Nurse or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with a passion for rural health
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • A team player with great communication skills
  • Motivated, compassionate, and ready to make a difference
  • Experience in general practice or rural health settings is a plus, but not essential

After Hours Requirements:
Yes (telehealth 2 hours weekly)
Salary Information:
  • Hourly salary $40-$45 negotiable and based on training & experience
  • Annual leave 5 weeks include 2 weeks closure over Christmas
  • The practice will be closed on Sundays & public holidays
  • Professional development leave - 5 days/year
  • Compassionate/family leave up to 5 days/year
  • Payment to attend 1 conference/workshop each year, subject to directors approval
  • Paid membership to professional organisation – ie Australian Primary Health Care nurses Association
  • Access to Employee Assistance Service
  • Paid annual membership to local gym or sports club
