Description:
- Develop accurate demand forecasts and manage production planning based on seasonal trends and stock levels
- Procure raw materials and packaging, ensuring timely availability for manufacturing cycles
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and oversee stock takes and reconciliations across multiple warehouses
- Process finished goods orders and coordinate transport bookings with freight providers
- Manage purchase orders, production cost reconciliations, and pallet/equipment hire
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations and high service levels
Requirements:
The successful candidate will be an experienced supply chain or demand planning professional with a background in FMCG or fast-paced manufacturing environments. They'll bring strong analytical and forecasting skills, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and a solid understanding of inventory management, procurement, and production planning processes.
They'll be confident working across cross-functional teams, able to manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a role that blends strategic thinking with operational execution. Attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to adapt to seasonal and market-driven changes are essential. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems is expected, along with a proactive mindset and a continuous improvement focus
