About the opportunity
Southern Cross University’s Pro Vice Chancellor (Academic Quality) portfolio is seeking a Senior Manager, Student Integrity and Conduct, to lead, provide expert advice, identify emerging trends, and drive improvements in policy and practice while serving as the primary liaison with external regulatory bodies. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence and implement effective student conduct and integrity processes aligned with strategic priorities
About you
You will be passionate about fostering a fair, respectful, and accountable university environment by leading best practice approaches to student integrity, conduct, and complaints management, and championing the rights, safety, and wellbeing of all students. More specifically, you will have:
Postgraduate qualifications, combined with extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional expertise Proven leadership in managing and improving integrity, conduct, and complaints frameworks, with a strong understanding of relevant legislative and sector best practices Demonstrated expertise in complex case and complaint management, including investigations into sexual misconduct, racism, gender-based violence, and disciplinary processes Strong knowledge of customer protection, privacy, and administrative law, and the ability to apply this within the Higher Education Context Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to mentor high performing teams, build trust, and communicate complex information clearly across diverse audiences.Salary and benefits

Full-time, continuing (permanent) Located at either Gold Coast, QLD 4225, Lismore, NSW 2480, or Coffs Harbour, NSW 2450. Generous relocation support available. HEW 10. The base salary ranges from $137,628 - $155,609 per annum, plus 17% employer’s contribution to superannuation. The total remuneration package is up to $182,062.
