- Be the First Point of Contact for all visitors
- Answer & Direct Phone Calls
- Answer all Enquiries (Phone & Email)
- Monitor Email Inbox
- Maintain & Organise Office Supplies
- Ensure Office Presentation day-to-day
- Responsible for Management & Scheduling of Boardroom
- Support the Executive Assistant & Direct with Personal Errands & ADHOC requests
- Support other departments with filing, lodging of documents and administrative tasks
- Ability to build rapport & maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders
