We’re looking for a passionate Graphic Designer to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term full-time contract . Working as part of the wider Marketing team, you’ll play a key role in delivering visually compelling, on-brand materials across both digital and print platforms.

Whether you’re designing for membership campaigns, events, or wider marketing initiatives, your work will help elevate our brand and engage our audience in meaningful, memorable ways.

As well as running elite horse racing at Caulfield, Sportsbet Sandown and Mornington Racecourses, we own 15 pub venues under the Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG).

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Support the rollout of design assets for MRC campaigns, with a focus on Caulfield Cup Carnival and Summer Carnival.
  • Interpreting briefs and visualising information with clarity and creativity.
  • Contributing to branding development and layout design.
  • Developing ideas and helping deliver visuals for events and activations.
  • Managing multiple projects and timelines with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Assisting the broader business with ad hoc design needs.

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years' experience in a graphic design role (in-house or agency).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Passion for branding and a solid understanding of core design principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay focused and organised under pressure.
  • A practical, can-do attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.
  • Experience with After Effects for basic video editing (Desirable).
  • Interest in or knowledge of the Racing industry (Desirable).
