Shape Client Experiences as a Client Services Officer

Full-Time | 10-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Business Services Team

What You'll Be Doing

Client Service & ATO Coordination

  • Be the first point of contact for client queries via phone and email
  • Liaise with the ATO regarding lodgements, extension requests, and general follow-ups
  • Track and manage key lodgement deadlines and proactively update managers and partners

Team & Administration Support

  • Support the team's workflow by managing WIP, assisting with fee preparation, and updating quote trackers
  • Help build and refine internal templates and documents used across the Business Services team
  • Maintain and update client records, meeting notes, and structural changes in internal systems
  • Distribute mail and assist with document handling and filing as required
  • Collaborate with the Team Assistant to ensure smooth administrative support across the group

Is This You?

  • You have 3+ years of administration experience, ideally in an accounting firm or professional services environment
  • You're a confident communicator and know how to build strong working relationships
  • You're tech-savvy and have strong attention to detail when it comes to data and documentation
  • You thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments and enjoy contributing to shared goals
  • You're eager to learn, take initiative, and support others to deliver their best work
