Join Hismile as a Junior Data Analyst to support data-driven decisions and innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Your role

Responsibilities

  • Assist in building and maintaining real-time data and reporting infrastructure.
  • Help integrate new sales channels and product lines into the data ecosystem.
  • Collect, clean, store, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Contribute to performance reporting and insight generation for key business units.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to existing processes or reports.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to turn data into decisions.

About you

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of Python and SQL (Postgres, Cassandra).
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to self-learn and grow technical skills.
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
  • Confidence to pitch new ideas and solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI engines and their application.
  • Experience with Go, Vue, Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux is highly desirable.
  • Internship or project experience in a data-focused role is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of the social care industry is a plus (but not required).
