Aurora’s Software Solutions team is building the global investment analytics platform for the energy transition. Widely adopted by leading energy asset owners, operators, developers, and investors, the platform changes the way that energy market analytics are performed and delivered. To best enable the user experience, both through product development and analysis delivery, Aurora is developing a global technical Customer Success team that provides the critical end-to-end interface between the underlying model development and the end user.
We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager to join the team in Sydney, to manage the APAC-based Customer Success team and deliver on the strategic objectives of the team. This role sits cross-functionally between the Advisory, Product, Research, and Commercial teams at Aurora, and is critical in enabling the expansion of Aurora’s software product suite in the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the APAC-based Customer Success team and ensure that they are equipped to support Aurora’s software customers in the regionWork closely with senior management across relevant business functions to define and deliver on the long-term strategic objectives of the teamProvide specialised oversight and sign-off on key deliverables to ensure quality and consistency in client supportCoordinate with Customer Success managers of other regions to share best practice, transfer learnings and drive thought-leadership activities across the global teamCollaborate with the Regional Software Lead for APAC, planning resources to optimise the long-term client support experience across Aurora’s software suite in the region
What we are looking for
Required attributes:At least 4 years of professional experience in an analytical and knowledge-driven role, with at least 1 year of experience working in the Australian power marketStrong communication skills with confidence in client-facing situationsDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and align across stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomesResults-driven, with a high degree of persistence in reaching goals and a hands-on approach to ensuring targets are achievedStrong analytical capabilities in engineering, business, economics, or similarStrong team playerDesirable attributes:Experience managing a teamKnowledge of multiple power markets in APACPower markets analysis and/or modelling experienceConsulting experience
