Job type: Permanent, 6am - 3pm, Mon - Fri

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain robust warehouse systems and controls to ensure operational efficiency.
• Plan and drive warehouse performance, setting clear objectives and aligning with business expectations.
• Lead, train, and support warehouse staff to achieve high standards in safety, productivity, and service.
• Prioritise DIFOT performance, ensuring customer commitments are met with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, picking, and packing, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through effective cycle counts, investigations, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager on stocktakes, Oracle transactions, and continuous improvement projects.
• Monitor and enhance workflows, staffing, and space utilisation to meet performance and service goals.
• Foster a safe, compliant workplace by enforcing company procedures and regulatory standards.
• Lead and contribute to warehouse-related continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience needed:

• Strong experience in a warehouse leadership role or senior leading hand experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
• Solid working knowledge of computers.
• Warehouse ERP Systems.
• MS Office Suite.
