Project Manager – Education Projects | $160k–$200k PackageWe’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to take the lead on significant education sector new build and major refurbishment projects across Sydney .
Join a well-regarded construction company known for its professionalism and consistency across $10M–$30M+ builds . You’ll play a key leadership role from pre-construction through to delivery.
Based in North Sydney.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Full project lifecycle management – programming, procurement, stakeholder engagement, and financial oversight
- Leading and mentoring site teams to ensure safety, quality, and performance
- Managing client relationships, particularly within the education sector
- Driving commercial performance and compliance on technically complex projects
- Reporting on progress, risks, and budget to senior leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–6+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in the education construction sector
- Proven ability to lead medium-to-large projects from start to finish
- Strong programming and cost management experience
- Confident dealing with government and institutional stakeholders
- Leadership qualities and a solutions-focused approach
