We are currently seeking applications for a Senior Lead, Organisational Change & Strategic Development to join the Fines Enforcement and Recovery Unit at the Department of Treasury & Finance on a temporary basis up to 2 years .
Remuneration: MAS3 ($127,859 p.a.).
About the opportunity:
As the Senior Lead, Organisational Change & Strategic Development , you’ll play a key role in shaping our business plans, tactically and strategically, into clear, actionable & accountable plans and performance measures that ensure delivery on time.
You’ll lead the design and delivery of programs that bring our vision to life — supporting the Senior Leadership Team with expert guidance and fostering alignment across the team.
A core part of your role will be developing strategies that shape culture, improve communication, and build commitment — ensuring our people are engaged, informed, and empowered to deliver on our strategic priorities.
About you
You will oversee the selection, prioritisation and execution of projects to ensure they deliver value and meet scope. You will collaborate with teams, partners and training specialists to ensure we are equipped with the tools and knowledge needed for success.
To be successful you will have:
- Proven ability to design and deliver integrated programs aligned with strategic business goals.
- Strong expertise in project management, governance, and compliance across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Skilled in influencing outcomes and leading change through clear, confident communication.
- Demonstrated success in managing competing priorities with disciplined time and resource management.
- Experienced in building capability, coordinating transformation initiatives, and driving measurable results.
- Is a leader of people, teaches people and helps them be better, a team player who enjoys being part of team success.
