Client & Location Information:
This is a successful aged care pharmacy service provider with a vacancy for an Aged Care Pharmacist Manager to oversee the operations.
Job Specification:
As the Aged Care Pharmacist Manager you will be overseeing the dispensary team and the services as a whole working with 2 other Pharmacists, a Dispensary Technician, Packer and Checker.
Fred dispense and utilising a sachet packing machine with there being a lot of processes already in place.
Rostering is up to you, and you will have the leeway to work out your own roster between the Monday to Saturday - working what is best for you and your lifestyle, but this is a full-time permanent position, so you need to be available to work a minimum of 38 hours over the opening hours with 4pm finishes.
Skills Required:
* Current Pharmacist registration with AHPRA.
* Essential is that you have experience managing a pharmacy team.
* Essential is that you have experience in aged care service provision.
* Excellent effective communication - both written and spoken.
Salary & Benefits:
$70-80/hr plus super depending on experience in aged care service provision sector.
