As the Senior Test Analyst on this program you will come with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will need to be an experienced and motivated D365 CRM Senior Test Analyst who has experience doing end-to-end testing for complex D365 CRM implementations. You will need to be a self-starter who can collaborate with the other team members including BA's, Dev's, SME's. Your stakeholder management and engagement skills are going to be key to you success in the role.
Key duties will include but not limited to:
- Design, develop and execute manual test scripts including regression and functional tests
- Design and develop test plans and test cases that align with the current testing framework
- Use of Azure DevOps and Easy repro
- Execute and maintain automated scripts for regression testing
- Facilitate UAT sessions with stakeholders and end-users
- Document and track defects through to resolution
- Produce high quality, meaningful reports, and recommendations from testing results.
- Work closely with fellow testers and the broader delivery team to achieve required outcomes
- Provide support for external project initiatives
- Participate in all agile ceremonies as required by the Team
Your Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Test Analyst, with 3+ years testing D365 implementations.
- Experience with Azure DevOps for test planning and defect management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft testing tools such as Easy Repro.
- Solid understanding of testing principles and techniques
- Skills and experience of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage effectively with project stakeholders
