About the role
Ensuring effective and efficient administration of the unit including supervision of staff. Providing advice in relation to CDBS claims and client fees to SA Dental Service staff and clients.
About You
You are an organised and confident leader with a strong background in team supervision, administration, and process improvement. With a high level of interpersonal and communication skills, you excel at managing sensitive matters with discretion, interpreting policy with sound judgement, and driving team performance through clear direction and support. Your ability to manage competing priorities and maintain high accuracy under pressure makes you a valuable asset to any team.
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Demonstrated ability to provide supervision and leadership and adapt to change

High level interpersonal skills and proven ability to communicate effectively in a confidential manner

Experience in using Microsoft Office and other computerised information systems and databases, in particular advanced skills and experience using Microsoft Excel

Dental experience or experience and/or understanding of Medicare claim criteria and processes/ PowerHealth Solution's Billing system (PBRC) an advantage.
