What’s the role? you’ll be responsible for overseeing the entire end to end home lending process for regulated mortgages within your state and segment, from receiving referrals through to origination and settlement. Leading a high-performing team, you will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional business mortgage solutions. Your leadership will focus on driving a customer-first approach, building trust with business customers, and ensuring your team consistently meets and exceeds expectations. You will also play a key role in recruitment and employee engagement while continuously driving efficiencies within the business to improve the customer experience.
What do I need?
  • Proven leadership experience managing diverse teams and influencing key stakeholders within the Commercial space
  • Strong track record in coaching teams to improve performance and customer relationships
  • The ability to operate at a national level, along with solid financial analysis and credit risk management expertise
  • Ability to bring strategic thinking, a passion for leveraging emerging technologies, and strong business acumen to the role, driving results and managing risk to achieve business and customer goals.
