Kirinari Community Services have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and talented individual to join our Human Resources team as a Senior Workforce Specialist in our Lavington office.
Kirinari is a highly reputable and respected Human Services organisation providing essential care and high-quality support that enrich the lives of our customers. Kirinari employ over 1300 staff in various regions across VIC, NSW and TAS.
About the Position:
This position is full-time permanent position located at our Lavington office to commence as soon as practicable.
As a Senior Workforce Specialist your primary focus will be on the Employee Lifecycle, inclusive of recruitment/onboarding, Employee Relations and RTW/WHS and employee exit with a secondary focus on the development and creation of ongoing efficiencies in our HR systems.
Our Senior Workforce Specialist will enjoy the challenges and development opportunities presented by the exposure they receive to a variety of tasks under the Human Resources banner, allowing them to grow their skill set and progress their career.
This role is crucial in ensuring we attract, hire and retain top talent, while keeping our HR systems efficient and up to date.
About You:
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Previous experience in Human Resources or an operational role with exposure to the HR function
- Ability to negotiate and influence positively to achieve business outcomes
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail/data entry skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Eager to develop your existing skill set and progress your career
- Ability to work creatively and collaboratively to problem solve
- Ability to liaise with and maintain a positive working relationship with various stakeholders
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Ability to pass a National Criminal History Check
