Talent Acquisition Specialist

Sodexo
Brisbane Full-day Full-time

Description:

We’re looking for a dynamic, motivated Talent Acquisition Consultant ready to dive into high-volume recruitment. If you’re proactive, solutions-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment – this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career with a global brand.

Why Join Sodexo?

Sodexo is a people-first business, employing over 400,000 people globally, and thousands across Australia and New Zealand. As a key part of our Talent team, you’ll help shape the workforce that delivers essential services across the country – from remote mining camps to corporate head offices.

What’s on offer:

  • Hybrid working, flexible hours, and supportive team culture
  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities
  • Be part of a national TA function that values innovation, inclusion and care

What’s the role?

This isn’t your typical Talent Acquisition role. You’ll own the end-to-end hiring process in a fast-paced, process-driven environment where every hire counts. If you’re a proactive Talent Acquisition professional who’s sharp with sourcing, loves partnering with hiring managers, and wants to make a real impact—you’ll thrive here. With clear guidance and plenty of room to innovate, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we attract and secure top talent.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Run the show from job brief to offer across high-volume portfolios
  • Build real partnerships with hiring leaders and influence smarter hiring decisions
  • Champion candidate experience—keep things human, responsive, and seamless
  • Get out from behind the desk—visit our remote sites and mining villages to see firsthand how our teams work and site life.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in internal or agency recruitment, ideally high-volume
  • Confident communicator who can lead conversations and manage expectations
  • You get proactive sourcing and the power of a strong talent pipeline
  • Great at juggling priorities, staying organised, and keeping things moving
  • Tech-friendly, solutions-focused, and always up for a challenge

A few things to consider:

  • This role is fast-paced and will stretch your planning, time management, and stakeholder skills
  • Experience with blue-collar or remote hiring is a bonus—but not essential
  • You’ll be part of a national team that collaborates, shares ideas, and genuinely supports one another

Ready to take the next step in your TA career?

Apply now and be part of a team that’s changing lives – one hire at a time.
