What’s the role?
This isn’t your typical Talent Acquisition role. You’ll own the end-to-end hiring process in a fast-paced, process-driven environment where every hire counts. What you’ll be doing:
- Run the show from job brief to offer across high-volume portfolios
- Build real partnerships with hiring leaders and influence smarter hiring decisions
- Champion candidate experience—keep things human, responsive, and seamless
- Get out from behind the desk—visit our remote sites and mining villages to see firsthand how our teams work and site life.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in internal or agency recruitment, ideally high-volume
- Confident communicator who can lead conversations and manage expectations
- You get proactive sourcing and the power of a strong talent pipeline
- Great at juggling priorities, staying organised, and keeping things moving
- Tech-friendly, solutions-focused, and always up for a challenge
A few things to consider:
- This role is fast-paced and will stretch your planning, time management, and stakeholder skills
- Experience with blue-collar or remote hiring is a bonus—but not essential
