Please note, this opportunity is available in a part-time or full-time capacity. The right candidate will need to be available to work every second Saturday and 1 late night per week
As a Laser Clinics Therapist you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their vision of confidence INSIDE & OUT by:
- Creating wow-worthy transformations: Provide results-driven aesthetic services such as laser hair removal, advanced facials, skin needling, cosmetic grade peels and Hydrojelly masks
- Client-Centric Approach: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailor-made solutions that leave them feeling DREAMY and confident.
- Collaborate with a Supportive Team: Work alongside passionate professionals who share your love for all things skin and beauty.
- Uphold Our Values: Be committed to safety, excellence, and providing outstanding customer service.
We'd feel ELECTRIC if you have:
- Formal Qualifications in Beauty: Certificate III, Certificate IV, or Diploma of Beauty Therapy is preferred; however, we welcome applicants of all experience levels who demonstrate a strong passion for beauty and aesthetics, a can-do attitude, eagerness to learn, and a drive to inspire others.
- Passion for Beauty: A genuine interest in skin and aesthetics and a willingness to undergo our extensive training in Cosmedical Grade treatments and skincare is essential.
- Laser Experience: Preferred but not required. Comprehensive theoretical and practical training will be provided to the successful candidate.
- Laser Safety Officer Certification (LSO): The successful applicant will be required to complete an LSO certificate prior to commencing employment, as per Tasmanian RPU requirements.
- Exceptional Technical and Computer Skills: Experience in skin assessments, treatments, and efficient computer use is highly desirable, though not essential, as full training is provided.
- Professionalism: Demonstrate punctuality, strong organisational skills, immaculate personal presentation, and the ability to maintain discretion in all professional interactions.
- Enthusiasm for the Beauty Industry: A natural passion for skincare and helping others feel their best.
- Outstanding Customer Service & Sales Focus: Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service and meet or exceed sales targets.
