The Role
As our HR/Recruitment Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in attracting, hiring, and supporting our talented workforce. You'll be the face of our company to potential candidates and a trusted resource for our employees.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
Talent Acquisition Strategies: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance.
Onboarding and Training: Create and deliver engaging onboarding programs to ensure new hires feel welcome and prepared.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR databases, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Employer Branding: Promote our company as an employer of choice through various channels.
Data Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Proven experience in HR and/or recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of Disability industry and associated Award.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems.
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and employees.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
A genuine passion for people and a commitment to creating a positive workplace.

Experience in Community Services and Disability Support.
