The Role And Core Responsibilities
The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Management of a portfolio of properties with support from the PM Team
Routine Inspections
Final Inspections
Rental appraisals for new business
Repairs and maintenance
Arrears control and termination notices
Managing Rental Bonds Online
Prepare and attend Tribunal if required
No accounts responsibilities required
No weekend work
Assist in with Open Inspections when required
You will have support from all levels of the company with Administration, Leasing Consultant, Accounts and Manager Support.
Skills And Experience
We are looking for an experienced and organised Property Manager with long term career aspirations to join our Team.
To succeed in this position, we are looking for the following skills;
Positive, bubbly and friendly attitude with interest in forming long lasting relationships with clients
Passionate about Real Estate
Great attention to detail, communication skills and well presented
Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act
Team player who has the ability to work well in a team and autonomously
Organised - Ability to prioritise incoming work while working to deadlines
Strong customer service focus
A solutions-oriented mindset and a willingness to take initiative
Strong computer skills and proficiency in use of Microsoft Office suite
Drivers licence and reliable vehicle
Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Commercial experience welcomed (not essential)
Experience with PropertyMe, Inspect Real Estate and AgentBox (preferred, not essential)
