Position Overview

You will work independently as a contractor, with the support of our established framework and resources.
Your Role
Provide expert coaching to clients, guiding them on their personal and leadership development journeys.
Utilize our proven methodologies and tools to facilitate growth and change.
Build strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and providing ongoing support.
Engage in weekly online training and development with our global community.
Use social media to connect with potential clients and share your expertise (training provided).
Conduct client intake and assessment sessions
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of professional coaching experience.
Deep understanding of personal and leadership development principles.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Zoom and other virtual tools.
Experience using social media for networking and professional purposes.
