About the Role
As the HR Manager, you will provide support to the entire organisation with your HR advice and expertise. It is imperative that you have experience in change management, EBA's and strategic planning to succeed within this role.
Duties
As the HR Manager, your duties will include:
- Leading and implementing HR projects.
- Employee Relations - provide support through change management processes and mitigate any employee relations disputes.
- Coaching - provide training to leaders on how to effectively manage their team in line with HR policies.
- EBA's - Knowledge of EBA's and experience with EBA application and implementation.
- Supporting the HR Coordinator and the wider organisation with all HR matters.
- Demonstrating a sound understanding of the Workplace Gender Equality Agency, DEI strategies, recruitment and talent acquisition, change management and learning & development.
Skills & Experience
To be a successful candidate, you will ideally have:
- Experience working as a HR Manager.
- Qualifications in Human Resource Management or similar.
- Understanding of Enterprise Bargaining Agreements and relevant Awards.
- Excellent negotiating, influencing and communication skills.
- Have full working rights in Australia.
