About the role

We have an opportunity for a Technical Support Officer to be part of our Recording Technologies and Services team. The Technical Support Officer provides broad-ranging support to users, undertake hardware engineering and software configuration activities, troubleshoots and resolves issues across the NSW Police Force ICT environment.

The Technical Support Officer will be principally responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for Body Worn Video cameras and other evidentiary multimedia recording devices utilised by frontline police officers.

Target Question 1:

The Technical Support Officer principally provides support and maintenance for multimedia systems, including image/video capture devices, captured content and associated back-end systems used for storage and retrieval. Outline how your experience and skills relates to this role.
